Front Desk Receptionist

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy, creating a welcoming environment
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff or practitioners
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
- Support administrative functions including billing, bookkeeping, and record keeping
- Assist with patient or client check-in/check-out processes in medical or dental office settings
- Maintain organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while providing excellent customer support and support to visitors
**Experience**
- Prior office experience is preferred, especially in medical or dental environments
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and clerical procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic computer skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette background
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 60 per week
