As a **Business Development Associate (BDA)**, you will work **on-site in our Mississauga office**, helping to grow our client base through outreach, partnerships, and innovative business strategies. With a pay range of **$20-$23 per hour**, this role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for growth.

**Responsibilities**
- dentify and engage with potential clients and referral partners.
- Build partnerships with colleges, employers, and community organizations.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and client acquisition initiatives.
- Track leads, conversions, and prepare reports on business development.
- Work closely with the operations and case management teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum **2 years of overall experience** in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
