Requirements**:Looking for an Ontario Licensed Real Estate Agent capable of onboarding brokerages and salesperson's onto a real estate mobile app.**
**Please note this is a fully commission based role with endless potential.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Convey Value Proposition effectively to prospecting brokerages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products and services
- Stay updated on industry news, competitors, and market conditions
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales or Business Development role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
If you are a motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth, we invite you to join our team as a Business Development Associate. In this role, you will engage relevant point of contacts such as broker of records at brokerages, and to effectively convey the value proposition of our Mobile App to relevant users/agents. Compensation is directly proportional to the number of brokerages and its affiliated sales agents you onboard/have downloading our App.
