Call Center Operator

**Job Overview**:
As a Call Center Operator at our Security Guard Company, you will be the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing support, and assisting with security-related requests. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding security services.
- Dispatch security personnel to client locations as needed, ensuring timely response to incidents or requests.
- Provide information about the company’s services, policies, and procedures to clients.
- Handle emergency calls and follow established protocols for notifying the appropriate authorities or personnel.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination of services.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or emergency situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $22.17-$26.24 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
