We are looking for a Rental Equipment Program Manager to join our head office staff in Victoria._

**_Key Responsibilities: _**

**_Reporting to the General Manager, COO & Controller, this position will be responsible for: _**
- Communicating with clients, families & clinicians at the end of the rental period;_
- Documenting communication in ERP system;_
- Coordinating with head office staff to complete monthly and quarterly summaries to funding sources;_
- Working closely with Administrative Supervisor to develop and monitor procedures for rental coordinator staff at all locations ;_
- Communicate closely with clinicians and managers at the regional health authority;_
- Developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve the effectiveness of our rental programs;_
- Ability to multitask and communicate to internal stakeholders._
- Professional and courteous representation when communicating with clients, caregivers and clinicians._

**_Required Skills_**
- Strong communication skills in fluent English (both verbal and written)_
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or office management would be an asset_
- Very strong computer skills particularly with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, and ERP systems_
- Strong organizational skills are a requirement_
- Excellent work ethic and passion for helping people with physical disabilities._

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
