**SEEKING LICENSED RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGER**

**Pacific Quorum (Vancouver Island) Properties Inc., the Vancouver Island Division of Pacific Quorum Properties Group is seeking a licensed and experienced Rental Property Manager to join our island team in our Victoria office.**

**The Position...**

Based out of our Victoria office, you will be managing a mixed portfolio of rental properties located in and around the Victoria area. Experience with Rental Building Management will be considered an asset but not required.

You will be responsible for managing relationships with our property owners and tenants, handling tenancy placement, day-to-day operations, maintenance requirements, administrative functions, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Rental Property Management License with BCFSA in good standing,
- Understanding of the rules and regulations of the _Real Estate Services Act_,
- Understanding of the _Residential Tenancy Act,_
- Clean Driver’s record and roadworthy vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
