Channel Sales Manager

1VALET is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our team in the Toronto area. 1VALET is a fast-growing SaaS/Property Technology company that’s changing the future of apartment and condo living If you have prior experience in the security and/or construction industry, and experience leading a channel sales program, we would love to meet you.
Environment: A hybrid mix of working from home and attending in-person visits and meetings with clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own the channel sales strategy
- Conduct product demos of our smart building operating system (virtual and in person)
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and clients to generate maximum revenue from those accounts
- Review building drawings to count quantities needed in order to create estimates and quotes
- Provide technical sales assistance to the Sales Team virtually and on client sites
- Assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team on the execution of marketing campaigns for partners
**Requirements**:
- Must be located in the Greater Toronto Area
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required (travel required - mileage is reimbursed)
- 3+ years of experience with smart home, security, and low voltage systems
- 3+ years of channel sales experience in an enterprise B2B environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
- Previous sales experience working with integration or security companies and/or in the following categories: access control, CCTV, Smart building components such as door locks, thermostats
- Experience working in fast-paced environment (high growth company or startup)
