**The Customer Services Manager with AP & AR responsibility** will be specifically responsible for the following key deliverables:
Proactive and empowering leadership of the Accounting / Administrative team, including the effective performance management.

Production of monthly financial statements for residential portfolio.

Attending Condominium Board meetings with managers as required by working closely with our operations team.

Responsibility for the timely and accurate execution of the customer payable / receivable cycle.

**Qualifications**:
University/ Community College in Accounting with CPA/CGA/CA Designation
- 5 years experience in accounting and Leading a Team
- Working knowledge of Yardi an asset
- Basic fundamentals of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, procedural knowledge and time management skills.
- An absolute MUST will be a passion for a high level of CUSTOMER SERVICE in an evolving Industry.
