Accounting Supervisor-AP/AR Join Larlyn Property Management Ltd. to manage the accounting discipline and drive financial excellence. Responsibilities Execute the customer payable/receivable cycle with timing and accuracy. Monitor daily cash and bank balances. Maintain regular contact with other departments to verify information and correct transactions. Assist client accounting with monthly and annual reporting. Provide specific financial reports to department managers on demand. Supervise disbursements of cheques and online payments. Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal reporting requirements. Attend condominium board meetings as required while working closely with operations. Oversee accounts payable and receivables clerk and future accounting staff. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Four‑year undergraduate degree in accounting (required). Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience (required). High attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping. Strong problem‑solving ability and multitasking skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Yardi. Quick adaptation to internal processes and new software programs. Salary range: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. If you meet the above criteria, we look forward to receiving your cover letter and résumé.
