- We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual to join the team as a Custom's Processing Clerk out of terminal in Brampton.**Hours**:
**Day Shift: Monday to Friday**Start Time: 7:00AM**

**Evening Shift: Monday to Friday**Start Time: 5:00PM**

**Position Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain professional customer relations by identifying and meeting customer needs.-
- Keeps Manager informed of any problems, schedule changes, vacations.-
- Finding, fixing and preventing problems/delays in cross border freight movement.-
- Ensure policies, procedures are followed.-
- Ensure that imaging, sending paperwork to brokers and stack manifest are done in a timely fashion to keep the freight moving to the customer as per posted transit times.-
- Ensure that inland bonds are handled quickly to keep delays to a minimum-
- Completes other tasks and projects as assigned.**Position Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of cross border operations in dealing with Customs, Brokers, Shipper/Consignees.-
- At least 1 year experience with
- **PARS **processing.-
- Flexible to work different shifts-
- Good computer skills-
- Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills-
- Ability to manage stress.-
- Ability to work with fluctuating volumes-
- Ability to rapidly learn and perform tasks related to the department, new regulations or process/procedure changes.-
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively-
- Ability to work with and manage people.-
- Ability to work with and maintain an effective working relationship with our U.S. partners.-
