Branch Coordinator

We have an immediate requirement for a Branch Coordinator, operating out of our Winnipeg location. This location is constantly growing in customer base and revenue, and is a busy, team-oriented facility that requires a dedicated, motivated individual.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Shipping and Receiving Duties:
- Monitor inventories, including rental equipment and saleable goods;
- Assist with loading and unloading customer pick-ups when required;
- Restock product shelves as needed;
- Prepare and ensure that all deliveries are organized for the following day;
- Complete daily closing requirements, including, but not limited to, invoice checks, pricing and information accuracy, balance funds.
Rentals Duties:
- Perform assigned tasks with attention to detail and effectively organize all documentation within Company software;
- On-call work schedules may be required;
- Work effectively within a team environment;
- Operates as a liaison between staff and customers;
- Open and close branch when necessary;
- Prepare paperwork and contracts for deliveries;
- Update internal product spreadsheets and any other product tracking systems;
- Facilitate customer calls and walk-ins, including sourcing equipment and supplies, as well as coordinating and securing deliveries.
Storekeeping when needed:
- Maintain inventory, including, but not limited to, tools and consumables;
- Scan tools appropriately to ensure accuracy;
- Update user lists and tool databases;
- Send accurate missing tool lists and reports to client’s senior leadership;
- Support turnarounds and special projects for jobsite.

- Strong leadership and communication skills that place an emphasis on promoting an effective team environment;
- A customer-centric attitude and a strong focus on long-term customer relationships;
- Experience with staff supervision, scheduling and training; inventory maintenance, management and reporting; counter duties, customer service and inside sales; assisting in quarterly and annual budgets and forecasting;
- Excellent time management and organization abilities, with the ability to work and make decisions independently;
- The flexibility to adapt to emergency and overtime arrangements;
- Sharp attention to detail and effective paperwork organization;
- The ability to perform customer dispute resolution in a timely and mutually agreeable manner;
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
