The Branch Managerwill bring effective leadership and be responsible for the overall performance of the branch. The role is directly responsible for sales and revenue generation of the branch. This position is expected to work directly with inside sales, and outside sales as well as other company branches, to increase business and market share in the Saskatchewan market. This role will have full accountability to coordinate sales activities of the branch and will report directly to the General Manager.
- Supervise and coordinate sales activities that develop and maintain highly respectful and good working relationships with our team to meet collective goals for the branch.
- Provide leadership to the branch and partner with the General Manager / Senior leadership to align business objectives.
- Maintain and improve processes in the branch to grow sales to align with the company’s objectives, including financial targets and processes that relate to budgeting.
- Must be able to work independently and achieve objectives as laid out.
- Must be able to work in complex situations with customers, distribution channels, and sales staff.
- Work with customers to set up sales calls with outside sales.
- Resolve escalated customer service issues.
- Review and maintain current branch requirements.
- Accountable to process all paperwork, reports and manage all levels of the branch.
- Attend weekly management team meetings and regularly update monthly analytics.
- Some travel inside the defined territory may be required and this could vary periodically.
- Perform other duties and/or other tasks as assigned or required.

**Education, Skills and Experience**
- Preferred experience in managing a distribution business.
- Experience in pumps and related equipment, 4+ years preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Excellent people skills in communication and coaching.
- Computer literate; knowledge of MS Office Suite programs and related field technologies

**Licenses & Qualifications**
- Class 5 - good driving record
- Clean Criminal Record

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
