**Job Description**:
**Travel Consultant responsibilities**:
- Meet established monthly and yearly sales and revenue targets;
- Advising clients on product options and sell travel packages in all product categories including the preparation of complex itineraries using various booking platforms (Apollo; Sirev);
- Network and promote new travel business and grow your repeat client base;
- Quickly determine specific client needs and source solutions using all tools available;
- Be alert to changing trends; customer needs and be able to adapt the services to the client’s needs even when difficult circumstances arise.
**Branch Coordinator responsibilities**:
- Office operations - Order supplies, brochures, balance petty cash and marketing displays;
- Prepare employee schedules ensuing the branch hours are respected;
- Ensure banking is done; Cash deposits, process commission cheques being sent to accounting;
- Monitor office maintenance is updated as required;
- Oversee compliance with support of the Regional Manager, if necessary;
**Qualifications**:
**What you will bring to our team**:
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience within a retail travel environment;
- Must have your TICO certification
- Advanced communication skills combined with an outgoing and energetic nature;
- Ability to influence through effective sales and prospecting techniques while building friendly and positive business relationships;
- Experience leveraging social media and learning new software quickly;
- Demonstrates flexibility in work schedule, available to work outside of normal business hours to attend trade; shows, conventions, and business events or to complete any agreed upon task.
