Ventmere streamlines supply chains with a direct to consumer e-commerce model. We make use of the latest web-based technologies and platforms to boost online sales. Ventmere offers a vast catalog of products across all major online marketplaces on the planet. Our marketplaces include Amazon, eBay, Bestbuy, Walmart, and many individually hosted e-commerce websites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer inquiries in the form of either messages or calls
- Checking, moving, receiving, picking up and dispatching inventory
- Monitor feedbacks and reviews maintain e-commerce accounts health
- Ensure inventory and listings are updated on a daily basis, watch out for errors in listing and pricing
- Communicate with the support team from marketplaces on various cases
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on a daily basis
- Maintain account integrity and performance metrics
- Work with customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction rate and response time are within targeted levels
- Monitor and report the performance of sales events and advertising campaigns

- Assist warehouse handling shipmen

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education required (New grads are welcome)
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Self-reliant and results-oriented
- Ability to balance multiple assignments while adhering to aggressive timelines
- Bilingual in Mandarin is a great asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
