Job summary

Key job responsibilities
- Create and design processes to implement and configure immigration tools.
- Continually identify areas of redundancy or no-value add to ensure optimal processes are implemented
- Create future state process flows for global case types that will be automated as Immigration insources services where it makes sense.
- In partnership with leadership team, track and drive prioritization, visibility, and execution of core business initiatives
- Prepare and monitor project plans, coordinating tasks with our different business units and departments and driving awareness and crisp execution against major due dates

About the team
- Experience with Case Management systems
- ACES, Lean, Six Sigma or design thinking certification or training
