Led by David Garson, a certified specialist in Citizenship and Immigration Law, we are a team of dedicated professionals who work collaboratively to provide exceptional client service. We are currently seeking to add a full-time Immigration Lawyer with at least two (2) years of experience in immigration work. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and organizational skills and a genuine passion for immigration law. Responsibilities Provide effective, timely, and practical advice and support to clients and other team members in a fast‑paced environment; Prepare a range of immigration applications, including applications for work permits, visas, and permanent residence and Federal court applications; Effectively track key deadlines, application status, and permit expiries; Respond to client communications; Manage client files and documents in an organized, efficient manner. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years experience in Canadian immigration law, ideally working with corporate clients (US immigration law experience is a plus); Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal); The ability to prioritize competing demands and work under pressure while maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times; Fully proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office 365; High‑quality organization and file management skills.
