**Job Description**:
**What you will create and do**
- Develop communication and response skills to clients and internal staff
- Develop efficiency with overall drafting process
- Understand administrative functions.
- Ability to follow directions from supervisors and work well with others
- Gain knowledge & understanding of clients and Vialto Law services.
- Learning how to leverage Vialto services for the benefit of our clients
- Develop knowledge and technical skills
- Develop and understand firm policies, methods, and IT platforms as it relates to global immigration cases and processing
- Show commitment to continuous learning
- Actively seeks Vialto courses/training content to improve skills
- Proactively seeking training and gaining knowledge

**Qualifications**:
**What You’ll Bring to This Role**

1-3 years of experience in global immigration experience.

Worked in an immigration environment delivering immigration compliance services to corporate clients

Strong client service skills

Able to demonstrate resilience, self-motivation and a positive can do attitude

Hard working and committed to completing tasks well with good attention to detail

Ability to confidentially deal with demanding situations, people and requirements

Proven organisational skills

Clear, articulate, and confident written and verbal communication skills that do not require review

Primarily a team player but able to work under own initiative

Proficient in use of standard office software
