Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments, such as product and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Manage the creation and distribution of digital content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics.

Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging and relevant content.

Utilize A/B testing and other data-driven methods to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
