We are seeking for a highly motivated Marketing Generalist who is looking to make a positive impact on our Company. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

**Marketing Generalist**
- Responsible for website optimization (on-page SEO optimization).
- Monitor key online metrics to track success and measure online campaigns. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads and reporting with SEMrush Analytics is an asset.
- Oversee and manage promotions, contests, giveaways, and virtual tradeshows.
- Lead and ensure the consistency in messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating with sales and management throughout organization.
- Develop content for the company website: content pages, brand pages, banners, promotions, etc.
- Create and edit marketing materials and ads using standard design tools/software.
- Work with management to develop and implement digital strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/social media platforms.
- Work with management to implement paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns.
- Raise brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns.
- Work directly with Manufacturer partners to ensure brand identity is effectively communicated within marketing campaigns and other initiatives.
- Manage and Coordinate Sales Stimulation Plan and similar customer rewards programs (Province Points).
- Create, edit and maintain all marketing materials (flyers, line cards, catalogues, banners, business cards), including stock levels and distribute as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/ College Diploma in Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is an asset.
- Proficiency with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Reader, InDesign).
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
