We are seeking a highly motivated marketing all-star who is looking to make a positive impact on our Company. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent self-starter with a very creative mind who is looking for a marketing career. We will help you learn all aspects of electrical wholesale marketing from end to end and provide the support you need to exceed your own expectations.

**Marketing Generalist**
- Work with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement a marketing strategy for the company
- Work directly with Manufacturing partners to ensure their brand identity is effectively communicated within marketing campaigns and other initiatives
- Support the branches by communicating the marketing campaigns, providing the necessary marketing materials
- Develop and maintain a marketing calendar
- Create, edit and maintain all marketing materials (flyers, line cards, catalogues and banners), including stock levels and distribute as needed.
- Lead and ensure consistency in messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating with sales and management throughout the organization.
- Oversee and manage promotions, contests, giveaways, and trade shows.
- Responsible for website optimization (on-page SEO optimization).
- Monitor key online metrics to track success and measure online campaigns. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads and reporting with SEMrush Analytics is an asset.
- Develop content for the company website: content pages, brand pages, banners, promotions, etc.
- Create and edit marketing material and ads
- Raise brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/ College Diploma in Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Proficiency with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Reader, InDesign).
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
