???The Project Coordinator is responsible to execute orders on project in the region. This position will work closely with the Inside Sales Director, Project Manager, Inside Sales Rep, Outside Sales Rep and sometime the Sales Engineering Team.

**What you will accomplish with us**:

- Verify quote/cost from supplier match the cost of Master Group in the quote to customer
- Follow up with suppliers on estimated ship dates
- Keep customers informed about their orders, based on ETA from suppliers
- Keep PO log up to date: order entry in ERP, tracking, delays, reporting, etc
- Participate in project management meetings
- Coordinate pick-up at the supplier when Master Group’s responsible and delivery with the customers
- Issuing purchase orders to suppliers or work with head office buyers to execute orders.
- Help find solutions to problems or obtain support from teammates to resolve issues/escalations
- Balance the projects to make sure invoices reflect the amount on the purchase orders

**What You Bring to Our Team**:

- ?Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) & Windows
- Knowledge OR willingness to learn the construction bidding & management process, as well as the Sales Support Tools (SST) and GUI (ERP)
- Self starter

- Communication skills for interacting with customers & de-escalation issues
