W SkinCare Toronto seeks energetic, organized, and professional front desk clinic receptionist for upscale anti-aging skincare clinic in King West.

S/he will assist the owner in all facets of running the clinic including:

- digital appointment software management (SalonIris);
- product orders and inventory management (retail and treatment);
- file and maintain all clerical i.e. medical charts, intake forms, technician schedules, call logs;
- facilitate all POS (point-of-sale) transactions for client services and retail;
- maintain clinic space i.e. clean, order, maintain common areas as needed.

S/he will also be required to:

- maintain a keen attention to detail and absolute strict adherence to patient confidentiality;
- bring punctuality, finesse, and flair to a highly functional and fun environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Outstanding interpersonal communication, organization and customer service orientation (preferably) from a medical, salon, or spa environment is highly desired.
Outgoing, well groomed, and engaging personality is preferred.
Clear, concise and courteous English is mandatory.

Computer savvy (MS Office mandatory).
Interest in skincare regimens and the latest beauty trends a definite asset.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
