Job Title: Medical Receptionist
We are seeking a chiropractic assistant required immediately, who is striving to support **the [clinic]**’s mission to set new standards of excellence in comprehensive health care while continually striving for the highest level of distinction in all aspects of quality, service, and patient care. We need someone to be able to coordinate and manage the [clinic] services and be able to operate independently.

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
