**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Sales and Marketing Admin/Transaction Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting both the sales and marketing efforts of the real estate team while ensuring the smooth coordination of property transactions. You will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks, preparing documents, assisting with marketing efforts, and ensuring that transactions proceed efficiently from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Support:_
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, documents, and forms required for real estate transactions.
- Ensure that all paperwork for transactions is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update client files and databases, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
- Marketing Support:_
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and online listings.
- Manage and update property listings on the MLS, website, and social media channels.
- Coordinate photography and video services for property listings, ensuring all marketing materials are high-quality and ready for distribution.
- Help track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Transaction Coordination:_
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, agents, and service providers throughout the transaction process.
- Ensure all necessary documents are signed, filed, and submitted on time to maintain compliance with real estate regulations.
- Communicate with title companies, lenders, and other parties to keep transactions on track.
- Coordinate closing logistics and ensure all steps are completed before the property closes.
- Help monitor deadlines and ensure all requirements are met to ensure smooth and timely closings.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in real estate administration or transaction coordination is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with MLS, real estate contracts, and property listings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and customer service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of real estate regulations and industry standards is a plus.
