With its commitment to supplying the highest quality and sustainably harvested seafood, Clear Ocean Seafood Ltd. has quickly grown to position itself as a trusted and consistent supplier to its customers. Currently we are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team. This is a temporary part-time position (1 month contract with a possibility of extension), and will require strong high accuracy, and organizational skills.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Record receipts and prepare bank deposits
- Handle matters related to collections-follow up, communications, reporting, & tracking; and ensures all accounts receivable are collected and paid in a timely manner

Assist in periodic physical inventory checking, and cost accounting
- Oder office supplies and maintain stock
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
- Other duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Post-secondary education related (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Communicate effectively in English and Chinese
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Quick learner, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

**Job Types**: Part-time position (approximate 20 hours per week)

Contact length: 1 month

Pay: $19~$23 an hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
