Janssen Inc., a member of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a **Territory Manager for GU Oncology, Montreal East.**

As the Territory Manager working in GU Oncology with Specialist customers, you will be accountable for developing and implementing business plans and sales strategies that are aligned to Company and customer objectives.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

- Cultivates relationships with key decision makers and applies persuasive, consultative selling skills to increase access and gain product support to achieve Company and customer objectives.
- Builds purposeful internal and external networks to develop and drive collaborative and valuable solutions.
- Implementing marketing and sales strategies while providing feedback to sales and marketing management teams.
- Develops and executes a Territory business plan, that is customer-centric, and aligns with Company objectives. Evaluates progress and modifies the plan based on marketplace knowledge and customer needs.
- Providing technical and educational support for specialists and other hospital personnel.
- Planning and co-coordinating meetings, symposia and other CME activities.
- Uses quantitative data, qualitative data, and available tools to assess Territory business conditions and performance.
- Adhering to corporate compliance guidelines around execution at all times.

En tant que chef de territoire de la division Oncologie génito-urinaire travaillant auprès de clients spécialistes, vous serez responsable de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de plans d’affaires et de stratégies de vente qui s’harmonisent aux objectifs de l’entreprise et des clients.

Les principales responsabilités liées au poste sont les suivantes:

- Entretenir des relations avec les décideurs clés et mettre en pratique des techniques de vente consultative persuasives pour favoriser l’accès et augmenter le soutien aux produits de façon à atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise et des clients.
- Bâtir des réseaux internes et externes de façon résolue pour élaborer et améliorer des solutions collaboratives et notables.
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing et de vente et fournir des commentaires aux équipes de direction des ventes et du marketing.
- Élaborer un plan d’affaires axé sur le client qui reflète les objectifs de l’entreprise et le mettre en œuvre à l’échelle du territoire. Évaluer les progrès; modifier le plan en fonction des données relatives au marché et des besoins des clients.
- Offrir du soutien technique et éducatif aux spécialistes et à d’autres membres du personnel hospitalier.
- Planifier et coordonner les rencontres, symposiums et autres activités de formation médicale continue.
- Utiliser les données quantitatives, les données qualitatives et les outils offerts dans le but d’évaluer la conjoncture économique et le rendement du territoire.
- Respecter en tout temps les directives de conformité de l’entreprise relatives à l’exécution.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a University Degree is required, preferably in Pharmacy, Business Administration or Life Science. MBA is an asset.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales success in a competitive business environment is required; Pharmaceutical Specialty Sales, Oncology and/or Hematology sales experience is an asset.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical mindset.
- A self-starter who can work independently with mínimal supervision/direction.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to engage customers and drive business.
- Ability to identify incremental business opportunities and facilitate the closure and execution of those opportunities to maximize revenues and profits.
- Comfortable collaborating with others, sharing information widely and working towards financial objectives collectively.
- Highly results and achievement oriented, and competitive, with a significant resistance to failure.
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets corporate safe fleet requirements.
- This position will require the willingness and ability to travel within the territory up to 10% of the time.
