**Account Manager** - Changes on the Fly
Changes on the Fly is a fast-growing mobile mechanic and fleet maintenance provider, servicing fleets across the GTA with 25 mobile service trucks and a full-service shop for larger repairs.
We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to help strengthen existing partnerships and spearhead new business growth.
**About the Role**
This is a self-starter position with significant autonomy — perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to take real ownership of our sales program and help shape its growth. You’ll be both a Hunter and a Farmer, balancing relationship management with proactive business development.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction,
retention, and organic growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supported by our marketing and
operations teams.
- Take ownership of the sales strategy, helping to refine processes and develop new
approaches for market growth.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and operations to deliver seamless service
experiences for clients.
- Represent Changes on the Fly at networking events, client meetings, and industry
functions.
- Track performance and provide insights to improve the customer experience and
drive sales.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales (B2B
preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to work independently and make decisions.
- Familiarity with the automotive or fleet industry is an asset but not required.
**Compensation & Support**
- Base Salary: $75,000 annually
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance
- Vehicle: Company car or car allowance provided
- Support: Backed by a strong management and operations team to ensure you have the tools and collaboration needed to succeed
