Administrative and Marketing Assistant

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our growing dermatology practice.
This dynamic role involves assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating product inventory, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping manage patient communications related to skincare education and promotions.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the organization and tracking of skincare product inventory.
- Manage online product catalogues and support promotional campaigns.
- Help manage and update clinic social media accounts.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding skincare product orders and promotions.
- Support administrative tasks including appointment coordination, patient communication, and event planning.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials (flyers, digital banners, etc.).
- Monitor patient inquiries and assist with responding to product-related questions.
- Perform basic data entry, reporting, and documentation of product sales and patient feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with online platforms (e.g., Wix, WordPress, or similar) an asset, but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.
- Previous experience in a clinic, spa, beauty, or retail setting is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
