**Troubled Monk Marketing Assistant**

**Hourly**: $20/hr

**Job Type**: Part-time, less than 40 hrs/wk

**Shift & Schedule**:M-F Days, some weekend availability required

**Work Location**: Troubled Monk Brewery, Red Deer, AB

We seek a motivated Summer Student to join us as a part-time Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will work with our marketing team to support various campaigns and projects to promote the Troubled Monk brand. Your efforts will help enhance our presence and drive brand awareness in the community.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain real-world marketing experience in a dynamic environment. If you're passionate about marketing and eager to help grow Troubled Monk's reach, we'd love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the Troubled Monk brand.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as posters, web graphics, and adverts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
- Help organize and participate in events or promotions that drive brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing projects and campaigns.
- Assist with creating engaging and relative social media content.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and branding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or similar software.
- Enthusiasm for craft beverages and the Troubled Monk brand.
