**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Supports the team by performing tasks related to bookkeeping, organization and communication
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and greets visitors
- Carries out administrative duties, such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Professionalism
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of relevant experience
- (Assets) Experience in bookkeeping/payroll/income taxes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
