Homepro Pest Control is looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Toronto. Our team is growing and we are looking for a motivated and hard-working Supervisor who is passionate about solving problems and helping people.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of technicians
- Support hiring, training and development of new and existing team members
- Provide quality pest control services for clients using integrated pest management techniques
- Perform quality control and oversee reporting on key performance metrics
- Manage customer service issues and support technicians to eliminate pest infestations

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills, self-driven, goal oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Valid Ontario structural pest control license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
