**Position Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and customer focused administrative assistant/receptionist to provide both front-desk and administrative support. This dual role position involves greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, managing shipping and receiving, ordering office supplies and refreshments, and supporting daily office operations

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front-desk duties**: Greet visitors, answer and direct incoming phone calls, and maintain a welcoming and professional reception area. Process sales using the POS system. Ship and Receive packages.
- **Administrative tasks**: Managing correspondence and filing systems. Log all incoming repairs and maintain and update the RMA log.
- **Office support**: Maintain office supplies, manage office equipment, and assisting with tasks like invoicing or updating client files.
- **Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, and responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.

**Qualifications**
- **Computer proficiency**: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a universal requirement.
- **Communication software**: Familiarity with phone systems and shipping programs.
- **Office equipment**: Competence in using office machines such as printers, scanners and POS system.
- **Data entry and typing**: Efficient typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
- **Organizational and time management**: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a dynamic workload in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication and interpersonal skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication, a professional phone manner, and excellent customer service skills.
- **Attention to detail**: Accuracy in handling documents, sales orders, packing slips, etc..
- **Discretion and confidentiality**: The ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- **Proactivity and problem-solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
