**Title**: Receptionist

**Location**: Pickering

**Shift**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Responsibilities**:
In the position of Receptionist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Must adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols and must be familiar with occupational Health & Safety Act
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking detailed messages for employees.
- Ensure accuracy of tickets and cash transactions.
- Scale operator relief when needed - experience considered an asset
- Maintaining workplace confidentiality.
- Administrative and general support; data entry/record keeping, scheduling, filing, month end reconciling, cash deposits.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain Office and Shop Supply Inventories.
- Dispatching support.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a computerized environment and must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook with exceptional organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written, oral, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
