**Role Summary**

We are interested in meeting a Treatment Coordinator who shares the vision and drive of the practice owners, the existing practice culture, and office philosophy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Explain extensive treatment plans including multiple visit periodontal therapy, implant placement and restoration, orthodontic treatment including traditional braces and clear aligners, crown and bridge, cosmetic cases, and general restorative dental treatment.
- Effectively communicate pros and cons of recommended treatment
- Discuss financials and arrange for collection of payment prior to scheduling appointments for major dentistry
- Ability to lead effectively, gather staff, and motivate team in a positive and encouraging manner
- Able to develop and implement systems for effective team work that minimizes chances of error and optimizes team efficiency and overall performance

**Wages**

Hourly wage will be discussed at interview and based on experience and knowledge.

**Our Business Hours**

Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Wednesday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM

**Your Schedule**

Your schedule will be determined based on our interview and conversation. No weekends. One evening.
