Our dental office located in the Bloor West Village Community is looking for a dental treatment coordinator to join our dental team. We love what we do and love our patients and are looking for our next superstar who brings their smile and joy to our practice.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure all necessary information is gathered and communicated effectively
- Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and financial responsibilities while addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Manage scheduling of appointments and follow-ups to ensure timely patient care.
- Optimizing the schedule and managing treatment plans of patients
- Ensuring patients understand their treatment options and assisting with scheduling appointments
- Presenting treatment plans and following up on estimates and responses from insurances.
- Facilitate communication between the Dentist, patients and other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow within the office.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in dentrix would be an asset
- Previous experience in an office administration role or customer service role is required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
