Responsibilities and duties:

- Performing administrative tasks such as patient check in/out, processing insurance claims, reviewing treatment plans, discussing cost/financing options, and processing predeterminations.
- Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact to patients. Specifically managing patients’ cases for major treatment to ensure a seamless experience.
- Encourage patient acceptance of treatment plans by adding value for the proposed treatment, by seeing through all cases, and answering any questions/concerns the patient may have.
- Manage patient finances: collecting patient portions due at the time of service, by reviewing predeterminations and ensuring clear communication is made between us and the patient.

Qualifications and skills:
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have strong attention to detail, organizational, communication skills
- Must have dental experience
- Dentrix experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:
