We provide the highest level of customer service and health promotion in a professional, fast-paced work environment. As an Order Coordinator, you will fulfill weekly food orders for our clients, setting them up for success on their health journey.

What you will do:

- Invoice and fulfill weekly food orders for clients including pulling food and non-food products.
- Facilitate client order deliveries by communicating with third-party courier services.
- Maintain food room upkeep including stocking of food shipments and regular cleaning.
- Provide additional support tasks as needed.

You’ll be great in this role if you:

- Are organized and able to multitask.
- Have basic computer skills.
- Have experience stocking inventory, preparing customer orders, or similar.
- Have experience in client-facing retail, customer service, or similar.
- Can frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
- Have the ability to work fluctuating schedules, which will include days, evenings and one weekend day.
- The center hours vary between 7am-8pm
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent.

**This is not a remote position. You will be working in the Jenny Craig center with a small group of employees.**
