WD Co-Auto is growing again We are looking for an** Order Desk & Sales Coordinator**to support both internal teams and our dealership members from our Calgary office. **Location & Travel**:

- ** This full-time, permanent role is based in Calgary**
- ** Detail-oriented and organized** - You’re the person who notices when something’s off and takes action to fix it. You like structure, accuracy, and keeping systems running smoothly.
- ** Process-focused** - You understand the importance of clean data, consistent order entry, and follow-through. You work efficiently and take ownership of your tasks.
- ** Calm under pressure** - You manage your time effectively and can juggle multiple priorities without getting flustered.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Entering sales orders and creating accurate quotes
- Updating CRM contact details and maintaining customer records
- Creating new web users and managing supply lists
- Matching invoices and POs to ensure billing accuracy
- Performing item and pricing maintenance
- Supporting HubSpot CRM data and task upkeep
- Coordinating shipping and receiving
- Assisting with cycle inventory counts
- Supporting general administrative and operational tasks onsite

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, inside sales, or customer support role
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and order entry processes
- Experience with shipping/receiving or warehouse coordination is an asset
