Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality and leadership? Fernie Central Reservations is seeking a **Team Leader** to join our dedicated management team. This is a rewarding, fast-paced role suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

As one of three key leaders, you will play an essential role in maintaining the flow of day-to-day operations, supporting team members, and ensuring high standards of accuracy, communication, and coordination across all areas of our business. This includes communicating professionally with owners, collaborating effectively with internal departments, and proactively passing on important issues to ensure smooth continuity—especially before any scheduled time off.

- Has experience in the hospitality or accommodation industry
- Demonstrates strong leadership and clear communication skills
- Thrives in high-demand, fast-paced settings with the ability to multitask
- Pays close attention to detail and ensures accuracy and thoroughness
- Communicates clearly and professionally with property owners and staff
- Collaborates well with coworkers and departments
- Proactively identifies and addresses issues, ensuring handover before days off
- Is a team player with a positive attitude and solution-focused mindset
- Thinks creatively and “outside the box” when needed
- Is highly organized and capable of maintaining systems and routines
- Enjoys their work and fosters a team-oriented environment
- Is punctual, reliable, and available on weekends
- Embraces accountability and takes pride in a job well done

**Job Details**:

- Full-time, permanent position
- 50% office-based, 50% field-based
- 2 days off midweek (flexible)
- Weekend availability required
- Starting wage: $25/hour, with room to grow based on skills and experience
- Full benefits package available
