As one of three key leaders, you will play an essential role in maintaining the flow of day-to-day operations, supporting team members, and ensuring high standards of accuracy, communication, and coordination across all areas of our business. This includes communicating professionally with owners, collaborating effectively with internal departments, and proactively passing on important issues to ensure smooth continuity—especially before any scheduled time off.

- Has experience in the hospitality or accommodation industry
- Demonstrates strong leadership and clear communication skills

- Is punctual, reliable, and available on weekends

**Job Details**:

- Full-time, permanent position
- 50% office-based, 50% field-based
- 2 days off midweek (flexible)
- Weekend availability required
- Starting wage: $25/hour, with room to grow based on skills and experience
