**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to keep everyone informed of project status.
- Utilize Project Server for tracking project performance and reporting.
- Manage requirements gathering and documentation to ensure all stakeholder needs are met.
- Employ Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
- Create visual representations of processes using Visio to aid in understanding complex workflows.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
**Skills**
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven leadership abilities that inspire team collaboration and commitment.
- Proficient in project management methodologies with experience in Agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with Project Server for managing project documentation and tracking progress.
- Experience in requirements management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in Visio for creating process diagrams and flowcharts.
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus but not required.
