Wages start at $20.75 per hour for opening managers and $21.75 for closing managers. Raises for experience and results can increase that to $21-24 per hour. **Managers also get tip sharing that ranges from $3.80-$6.40 per hour on average.** The shift manager role is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in an environment that is fast, fun and a great opportunity to learn the basics of business.
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow all policy and procedures and expect the same from your crew.
Additional skills you can develop as a General Manager in Training: Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Scheduling, Leading Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Leading Great Customer Service, Managing Attendance & punctuality, Leading Store cleanliness and Food Safety, Marketing, Profitability.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 18 Years of Age
- English Speaking
- Reliable transportation to and from work
