Overview:
We are seeking a Device Sales Specialist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end device operations for our international business segment, ensuring seamless handling and delivery of devices to customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Pre-Arrival and Inventory teams to streamline device management processes and optimize inventory levels.
- Oversee the tendering process for device sales, including preparing invoices, packing, and delivering devices to customers.
- Coordinate device drop-offs at airports and ensure timely delivery to customers, maintaining a high standard of service excellence throughout the process.
- Interact with customers to collect feedback on device usage and overall experience, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Utilize customer feedback and journey insights to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling accessories, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate records of device inventory and customer interactions, leveraging data to inform strategic decision-making and process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in device management and customer service, incorporating new insights and innovations into our operations.
- Frequent travel to airport.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of effectively managing end-to-end device operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving capabilities.
