**Position**:Customer Analytics Manager**

What you’ll do:

- Support, mentor, coach and train direct report(s) to maintain the highest level of productivity
- Provide consultative guidance and expertise to business leaders on Consumer Insights as discovered through quantitative analysis
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics are aligned with key business objectives.
- Lead all customer analytics to support various business units including defining analysis, campaign scope, objectives, targeting, and measurement strategy for all loyalty marketing initiatives with Director, Loyalty & Insights
- Manage the full analytical process from request to execution of analysis including delivery of results and follow-up based on the execution results.
- Conduct timely customer analysis and campaign measurement to identify opportunities to maximize the use of Longo’s Thank You Rewards Program
- Contribute to all phases of campaign management (ideation, planning, targeting, measurement, recommendation) with a focus on pre-analysis and post-analysis.
- Lead the analytics work within the Consumer Insight team to create, target, and measure communications plans providing commentary and recommendations based on analysis and past results.
- Ensure all customer-specific information is current & accurate across the business ensuring only one version of the truth is communicated.
- Automate processes and make suggestions on improvements to tools the team uses to drive operational efficiencies.
- Ensure documentation of all development and customizations, including report specifications, and diagrams across the team by maintaining the IT knowledge database with BI development documentation
- Assist the Director and VP of Marketing in preparing the department budget.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Math preferred
- 5 years of experience in positions requiring strong strategic thinking and analytical skills related to direct marketing, campaign management, experimental design, customer analytics, CRM, segmentation, modelling
- 1-2 years of people experience to support direct report(s)
- Hands-on proficient experience with SQL with R and Python an asset
- Hands-on proficient experience MicroStrategy with Tableau an asset
- Excellent problem solving skills coupled with a “can do” attitude
- Demonstrate ability to drive change and communicate effectively across all business units in the organization
- Retail and merchandising industry knowledge preferred
