**Customer Management Support (Sales and Customer Support)**
**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Management Support to join our Community Expansion team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key commercial decision-makers, advocating for the use of natural gas in their processes, and supporting their needs through various stages of project development and implementation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Establish and maintain a comprehensive commercial customer list for each community and track interactions.
- Conduct commercial load surveys & load validation.
- Establish/maintain relationships with key commercial decision makers and support their needs.
- Advocate and promote the benefits of the use of natural gas and support conversion projects.
- Delineate conversion project requirements & outline path to connection.
- Support development of Return of Investment (ROI) and empower company champions.
- Identify and coordinate with key consultant resources needed for these customers.
- Maintain regular interactions and follow-ups on projects.
- Confirm attached loads for accurate feasibility calculations.
- Organize Kiosk locations and manage Store/Kiosk visits and outreach campaigns.
- Update customer records and track historical expressions of interest.
- Provide escalation support for customer issues
- Follow up on services installed but not yet activated.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- College/Institute Diploma or Certification - Administration, GIS
- Gas Fitter 2 Certificate is an asset
- Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience in related industry (preferred)
- Experience in natural gas utility sector (preferred)
- Previous GIS experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
