**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a cleaning environment or similar type role, leading a diverse group of hardworking employees
- Demonstrate the ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
- Must be physically fit
- High standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Ability to organize sometimes challenging work loads
- Ability to prioritize effectively and delegate with clear expectations
- Able to communicate and develop positive relationships across a variety of cultures and languages
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Entrepreneurial mindset and an eye for increasing efficiencies day to day

**Role Responsibility**
- The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and performance in a working factory/show room
- Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
- Approving time clock and vacation hours, ensuring there is proper coverage for teams in absence team members
- Ordering of cleaning materials and monitoring of all cleaning activities
- Training all new team members and ensuring all internal procedures and protocols are understood are being met
- Manage all queries, requests and feedback
