**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and set up work areas, including forms and rebar for concrete pours.
- Form and Pour concrete according to specifications.
- Use power tools and heavy equipment to shape and finish concrete surfaces.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform renovations, restorations, and repairs on existing concrete structures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher / Former or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in using power tools and heavy equipment related to concrete finishing.
- Strong skills in concrete and other related construction tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Work located in Niagara, Hamilton and surrounding areas. Must be willing to travel on occasions, rooms and meals will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 60 per week
