**Position: Concrete Finisher**

**Job Type**:

- Full-time
- Permanent or Seasonal
- 40-50 hours/week

**Pay**:
$33.00+ per hour (based on experience)

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a Concrete Finisher at Prostar Concrete, you’ll take an active role in delivering quality work — and we’re looking for someone who can confidently take the lead on-site when needed. Responsibilities include:

- Taking initiative and leading small crews through daily tasks
- Working with a variety of concrete finishes including broom, exposed aggregate, stamped, and smooth trowel
- Reading and interpreting site plans and drawings
- Coordinating materials and keeping projects on schedule
- Assisting in excavation, demolition, formwork, and general construction duties
- Pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete for various project types
- Erecting and dismantling formwork
- Ensuring worksite safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Directing and monitoring concrete placement and finishing

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in concrete finishing, especially decorative work
- Comfortable leading tasks and making decisions on-site
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is an asset
- Physically capable and ready to work outdoors in various conditions

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- 10-12 hour shifts (with occasional overtime depending on project needs)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
