**Tsubaki Technical Solutions Team**

As the Power Transmission Industrial sales market changes due to shifting consumer buying habits and increased technology, we will see our traditional sales channels and distribution model evolve over the next decade. To be in sync with market demands it is advantageous that Tsubaki of Canada is recognized as the technical leader in power transmission and motion control by providing technical sales solutions and services that bring measurable and clearly defined value to our customers.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing the Technical Solutions Team will not only contribute but as trusted advisors lead sales through engagement with internal and external customers.

Creating a brand with the highest standards of excellence, the Technical Solutions Team will promote TCL products internally and externally which will define Tsubaki of Canada as a market leader.

**Areas of Focus**:
**Pro Service**. Managing opportunities through leads, quote, and follow-up stages. It is the TSR’s responsibility to ensure consistency and accuracy as well as establish clear communication of ownership with the DSM.

**Proposals/Technical quote**. Qualified Requests are to be completed by the TSR with follow-up to the DSM, ISR or customer. This is to expedite the request by alleviating ISR involvement. Responsibility for follow-up remains with TSR for significant opportunities.

**Collaboration with Marketing**. To ensure accuracy and consistency when presenting the Tsubaki brand team members will advise marketing on technical specifications and develop technical documents as required

**Other objectives**:

- Conduct training for internal and external partners (TLC)
- Liaison with other subsidiaries to overcome technical objections, provide solutions, establish value
- Provide field support and seek out opportunities to visit end users with or without DSM

**Travel**:
This position requires a valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel overnight. Active engagement of travel opportunities and field work as it relates to the fulfillment of the role. Seek out opportunities to visit end users with or without the DSM.
