With direct OEM presence in Canada and four locations across the country (Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary), you will be joining a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive environment where growth and opportunity are boundless. **Position Overview**: As a **Technical Support Specialist**, you will be the technical expert for our product portfolio, providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate training, and drive service process improvements to maintain the highest level of service quality. The role involves working closely with various teams and requires occasional travel across Canada. **What We Offer**: - Prime location in Mississauga - Competitive salary based on experience - Work-life balance - Comprehensive benefits package - Profit-sharing program - 3 to 5 additional paid holidays - Dynamic and rewarding work environment **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide expert-level technical support to both internal and external customers for all product lines - Coordinate internal resources to resolve product issues efficiently - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Service) - Support field service teams with complex troubleshooting and repairs, including travel across Canada - Conduct training sessions to ensure high competency levels for service technicians nationwide - Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance repair quality - Assist in system start-ups, after-sales support, and service requests for new products - Develop "All Brand" capabilities by supporting training and parts sourcing - Collaborate with key suppliers for outsourced repairs and services - Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the manager **Requirements**: - Vocational school diploma in Industrial Mechanics or equivalent experience - 10-15 years of experience in an industrial environment, particularly in the service and repair of rotating equipment - Specific experience with vacuum pumps or extensive experience with other rotating equipment - Willingness to travel across Canada (approximately 20% of the time) **Desired Skills**: - Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities - Excellent customer support and training skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Analytical thinking, teamwork, sociability, and a keen sense of responsibility Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Bonus pay **Benefits**: - Dental care - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Tuition reimbursement - Vision care - Wellness program Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application question(s): - Do you have experience in an industrial environment involving service and repairs of rotating equipment. **Experience**: - Technical support of Rotating equipmentt: 1 year (required) **Location**: - Mississauga, ON (preferred) Work Location: In person
