**Role Description**

The assistant condominium manager and office administrator role is a hybrid role. The majority of the work will be remote, with the option for in-person and/or onsite training, as needed. Responsibilities include assisting in the day-to-day management of condominium communities, organizing and supporting administrative tasks, coordinating vendor services, and supporting compliance efforts for condominiums in adherence with their respective by-laws, rules and regulations, as well as compliance with all applicable legislation.

**Qualifications**
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience in property management and administrative tasks is an asset
- Knowledge of condominium management best practices, the Condominium Act, and all applicable regulations

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
